What is the minimum order amount?There is no minimum order amount — you can place an order for any amount. However, to maintain your personal activity, you need to accumulate the minimum PV volume per period (starting from 20 PV depending on the country).
Can I change the contents of an order after it has been placed?Changing the order contents after it has been placed is only possible through the support team and not in all cases. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before placing it.
Can I add items to an already placed order?No, you cannot add a product to an already placed order. You need to place a separate new order with the desired products.
Why is a product shown in the catalog but unavailable for ordering?Product availability depends on the specific warehouse (Service Center). If a product is displayed in the catalog but shows «Out of stock» when placing an order, it means the product is not available at the warehouse you selected. Try choosing a different Service Center, or select "Full catalog" in the filters. Also, make sure that the items in your cart share common warehouses — items from different warehouses cannot be combined into one order.
How can I check the status of my order?The order status is displayed in your personal account under the «Orders» section. Possible statuses: «New», «Paid», «Completed», «Cancelled». If the order is paid but the status has not changed, please wait a while — data synchronization may take a few minutes. If the status does not change for more than an hour, there may be technical errors; please contact the support team.
