The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight and volume of the package, the shipping distance, and additional temperature control services.

Two main methods are available: • Pickup from a service center (SC) - most often free, but in some regions the price may be calculated as delivery to the Service Center, and such delivery will be paid; • Delivery by courier service (CDEK, DPD) - paid, to a pickup point or to your door. The set of available methods depends on your region. In some cities where there is no local SC, delivery is arranged through the nearest service center.

When placing an order, select the «Pickup» delivery method. From the list, choose a convenient service center (SC). Be sure to confirm the selected pickup point - click on it so that it becomes active. Without confirming the pickup point, the order will not be placed. This is the most common mistake when placing an order.

After placing an order, it is not possible to change the address or delivery method. Carefully check all details before confirming. If a mistake was made, contact support to cancel the order and place a new one.

After the order is shipped via courier or a transport company, a tracking number is assigned. It is displayed in the comments to your order in your personal account, under the «Orders» section — click the «three dots» icon and then the «Track» button. Using the tracking number, you can track your package on the courier service website (CDEK or DPD).

Delivery times depend on how far your region is from the nearest warehouse. Typically, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days; remote regions may take longer. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
