PV are points awarded for purchasing products. Each product has a specific PV value. Points are credited after order payment and are counted toward your personal volume and structure volume.
How many PV are needed to maintain personal activity?The minimum volume to maintain personal activity is 20 PV or more (depending on the marketing plan and country). Activity is extended for 30 calendar days from the order date.
Can I accumulate PV across multiple orders (cumulatively)?Yes, for coupons and promotions, PV are calculated cumulatively over a period, not necessarily from a single order. However, to qualify for personal activity, each individual order must contain at least 20 PV (in some countries — 10 PV). This means two orders of 10 PV each will not grant personal activity in countries with a 20 PV threshold — a single order of at least 20 PV is required.
Why weren't PV credited for my order?PV are credited after the order payment is confirmed. If the order has been paid but PV have not appeared — please wait, synchronization and data recalculation are in progress. If the points have not appeared within an hour, contact support with your order number.
When will PV for my order appear in my account?PV are displayed in your personal account after the order is paid and processed. This usually takes a few minutes, as the data is processed in the background. If PV have not appeared within an hour, contact support.
How do PV points affect qualification and rank?Qualification and rank are determined based on your personal PV volume, group volume, and the side volume of the Binar for the calculation period. The more PV accumulated by you and your structure, the higher the rank. Detailed qualification conditions are specified in the company's marketing plan and are available in the Boss Partner account.
